Review

We schedule a 30–60 minute video or phone call to walk through your accounts, devices, and current setup together. We identify what's most urgent and explain what we find.

Scheduled within 2–3 business days of booking.
Step 03

Fix

We work through the highest-priority improvements together — setting up MFA, hardening device settings, securing your network — one clear step at a time, at a pace that works for you.

Most setups completed in 1–3 sessions.
Step 04

Follow-up

You receive a written summary of everything we covered and changed. We remain available for questions and check back in to make sure everything is holding up.

You remain in control at all times — you are always the one clicking and entering passwords. We never ask for your passwords directly and we never access anything without you present.

Every plan includes follow-up support. You can reach us by email or phone with any questions after your session. The Business plan includes 30 days of dedicated follow-up support. We won't leave you on your own once the session is over.
